If you're experiencing problems with this software or simply have questions about using this site that aren't answered below please get in contact with our customer support team.

Searching for Jobs

This site incorporates a powerful tool for searching the database of jobs. Selections you make on the search form filter out jobs that do not match your criteria. For example, if you wish to include jobs in all locations, do not select any locations - the system will not then filter out any jobs based on location.

If you find no matching jobs, then you might want to consider broadening your search perhaps by including more keywords, or adding more locations or showing jobs that were posted more than 30 days ago.

Logging In

Double check that you are entering the correct username and password. Please use the form provided to get your password resent to you. Remember that passwords are case sensitive - ensure the caps lock is not on.

Check your cookie settings - you must have cookies enabled to use the site. If the problems remain you may have a corrupted cookie...try deleting all of your cookies and then closing the browser. Restart the browser and try again to log in.

Uploading CV

If the CV you are trying to upload is a large file (more than 250k) you may find that you experience a "timeout" whilst uploading it. On a faster internet connection (broadband) you should be able to upload files of up to 450k or more. It is good practice to avoid excessively large files - remember a recruiter will have to download them or receive them by email - they might not appreciate a bloated file blocking up their mail box. Avoid putting unnecessary images in CVs

Make sure your uploaded file has the correct file extension (either HTM, HTML, TXT or DOC). If you are using a Macintosh your files might not have file extensions, so you may need to rename the file eg. yourfilename.doc
