By being registered to Internalcommsjobs.co.uk you are deemed to have accepted these conditions:

Registration

When you register, you are registering as a personal user of Internalcommsjob.co.uk. Access to registration areas is via your email address and password.

We allow you access to the registration areas of the site on the basis that:

1. your email address and password are personal to you and may not be used by anyone else to access Internalcommsjobs.co.uk
2. you will not do anything which would assist anyone who is not a registered user to gain access to any registration area of Internalcommsjobs.co.uk
3. You are allowed to upload others as consultants. They must also agree to these terms and conditions.
4. you comply with these terms and conditions.

If, for any reason, we believe that you have not complied with these requirements, we may, at our discretion, cancel your access to the registration areas of Internalcommsjobs.co.uk immediately and without giving you any advance notice.

Am I entitled to a refund?

Once payment has been made we cannot issue a refund.

Once a PO number has been supplied by a client we cannot issue a refund.

Once an invoice has been sent, and the client wishes to cancel the job listing it is at the discretion of InternalCommJobs.com to issue this. Although the final decision is at our discretion, we will give a refund given a good reason.

Once the job has been advertised we cannot issue a refund.

Once the job had been advertised, and the PO number issued we cannot change price to accommodate agency commission, which is 10%.

Can I change my package?

In order to change your package, you will need to cancel your current package and then subscribe to the new product.

You are able to upgrade your package, by adding on additional features to your existing package. You will be charged for the difference in upgrade.

Termination of registration

If we wish to bring the agreement to an end, we will do so by emailing you at the address you have registered stating that the agreement has terminated. The agreement will terminate and your email address and password will become invalid on Internalcommsjobs.co.uk immediately.

Disclaimer of liability

For the avoidance of confusion, we will not be liable for any loss caused as a result of your doing, or not doing, anything as a result of viewing, reading any part of the site.

You can access other sites via links from Internalcommsjobs.co.uk. These sites are not under our control and we are not responsible in any way for any of their contents.

We give no warranties of any kind concerning Internalcommsjobs.co.uk. In particular, we do not warrant that Internalcommsjobs.co.uk or any of its contents is virus free. Force majeure

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by English law and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
